We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to support a multi-billion-dollar, high-tech manufacturing construction project expected to continue through 2028.
You’ll oversee mechanical construction activities including plumbing, wet/dry mechanical systems, or fire protection . Responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, equipment buyout, drawing reviews, RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and leading large coordination/startup meetings.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction experience on mega-projects or high-tech facilities
- Strong background in plumbing, HVAC, wet/dry mechanical, or fire protection systems
- Experience with subcontractor bids, equipment buyout, and pre-construction
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 , or similar construction software
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Navisworks
- Strong communication and team coordination skills
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. xhqgsiq
