Construction Litigation Special Counsel: Arbitration

Foley & Lardner LLP seeks an attorney with 3–7 years of litigation experience to join the Litigation Department as Special Counsel in our Florida office. This full-time, non-partner track role supports the Construction Practice Group on single family housing matters.

Candidates should be autonomous, with strong research and writing skills and a track record in discovery, motions, and some trial work. Experience in mediation, arbitration, and construction/design defect litigation is preferred.
