Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join the Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of complex litigation experience, with construction litigation strongly preferred. This is a hands‑on role requiring a confident litigator capable of managing matters independently from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Handling complex construction and commercial litigation matters from start to finish
- Managing discovery, depositions, hearings, and motion practice independently
- Conducting advanced legal research and drafting high‑level briefs and motions
- Appearing regularly in court and advocating effectively on behalf of clients
- Supporting client relationships and contributing to business development efforts
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong oral advocacy, writing, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced litigation environment.
- Prior experience with hearings and depositions is required.
- A Florida Bar license is required.
- Full‑time, in‑office position in Tampa.
