Key Responsibilities:

• Manage construction litigation matters, including New York Labor Law claims, from inception through resolution or trial.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
• Manage insurance defense, premises liability, general liability, and construction-related litigation.
• Develop litigation strategies and collaborate with partners on complex legal matters.

Qualifications:

• 3 - 5+ years of construction litigation experience, particularly New York Labor Law matters.
• Experience in insurance defense, premises liability, and general liability.
• First-chair and/or second-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of New York Labor Law §§ 200, 240, and 241 preferred.
• OSHA proceedings and regulatory compliance experience is a plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $175,000–$220,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
