Key Responsibilities
- Trial preparation and courtroom support
- Managing case files with direct responsibility
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings and briefs
- Supporting settlement negotiations and dispute resolution efforts
- Ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of construction litigation experience
- Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
- Experience with motion practice and depositions required
- Prior exposure to construction, engineering, or architectural matters is a plus
- Insurance defense experience is a plus
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and professionalism
- Strong academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the California State Bar
- Salary Range: $165,000 - $175,000 (DOE)
