Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an attorney with 4-6 years (ONLY) of construction litigation (defense) experience to join its Construction Business Unit in Los Angeles, California .
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with trial preparation and courtroom practice , including primary file responsibility, motion practice, and depositions. Strong advocacy, legal research, writing, and negotiation skills are essential.
Experience working with matters involving construction, engineering, or architecture is a plus, as is familiarity with insurance defense processes . Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proven work ethic.
Applicants must possess a strong academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and be actively licensed to practice law in California.
