Ball Janik LLP is seeking a construction litigation associate with at least 3‑5 years of experience for its construction defect team located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Qualified applicants must be hardworking, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as exceptional organizational, time‑management and leadership skills. Strong academic credentials and admission to the Florida State Bar are required. A background in litigation, including courtroom advocacy, is preferred.
