Responsibilities
- A well-established California litigation firm is seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing Construction Defense practice.

- Represent clients in construction litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial and appeal.
- Handle disputes involving public and private construction projects.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Manage an active caseload while providing excellent client service.
- Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support staff on complex matters.
- Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- Five or more years of construction litigation experience or closely related civil litigation experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, organizational, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
