Construction Litigation Associate
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Construction Practice Group, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and fast-paced matters, utilizing your expertise in construction litigation to drive success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage discovery, motion practice, and legal research and writing for construction litigation cases
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration proceedings
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve client goals
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive support on complex matters
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction law and industry trends
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of construction litigation experience
- Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical and writing skills
- Admission to practice in Ohio is required
- Experience with liens and bonds is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
