Key responsibilities: Notify borrowers about insurance requirements and expectations for final draw Request and balance final loan numbers for construction funds and fees Track the modification process from final draw to executed modification recording Required qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending Solid analytical skills with prudent judgment Exceptional organization and time management skills
