We're growing and looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Lead Technician to oversee and perform structural repairs, rebuilds, and restoration services.
This hands-on role involves managing job sites, ensuring quality craftsmanship, and working alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities:Lead construction repair and rebuild projects from start to finishPerform framing, drywall, trim, door/window installation, cabinetry, and other carpentry tasksSupervise and coordinate team members and subcontractorsEnsure safety, quality, and timeliness on all job sitesCommunicate clearly with project managers, homeowners, and insurance adjustersMaintain accurate daily job records and photosEnsure tools, materials, and work vehicles are maintained and organizedFollow all company policies and safety standardsQualifications:3+ years of hands-on construction or carpentry experience (restoration industry a plus)Strong leadership and communication skillsValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in various environmentsHigh attention to detail and craftsmanshipAbility to read and interpret basic construction documents or scopesSelf-motivated, reliable, and solution-orientedCompensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
