Job Description Job Description About the Role: Seven Lakes Contracting & Asphalt is looking for hardworking and trustworthy Construction Laborers to join our growing team in West End, NC! Responsibilities:

• Assist with asphalt paving, patching, and road construction projects
• Operate hand tools and small power equipment on job sites
• Load, unload, and transport materials and supplies as needed
• Prepare and clean job sites before, during, and after construction activities
• Follow directions from crew leads and site supervisors to meet project deadlines
• Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies
• Support grading, excavation, and general site preparation tasks

Requirements:

• Prior construction, asphalt, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well on a team
• Valid driver's license a plus
• Must be able to pass a background check and/or drug screening if required
