Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.Thalle is an Equal Opportunity Employer, E-Verify user and Drug Free Workplace.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Unload and carry materials at construction sitesClean up site from debris and discarded materialAbility to erect concrete forms and scaffolding preferred but not mandatoryAbility to mix and Pour Concrete and Asphalt preferred but not mandatoryAssist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipmentSignal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistanceMust be willing to complete manual laborOperate pneumatic hammers, vibrators, and tampersConduct work with 100% integrity and professionalismExperience placing concrete preferredEducation and/or Work Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatoryAbility to receive written or oral instructionsEstablish and maintain effective working relationship with field and office personnelMust be committed to contributing to a culture of safety, looking out for yourself and othersPhysical Requirements:Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.Work in a variety of weather conditions with exposure to the elements.Must have good hand-eye coordination, quick reaction times.Able to wear a hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and safety-toed boots.Able to walk moderate distances to reach work area up to 1/2 mileAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standardsMust be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephoneMust be able to pass a Pre-Employment drug screenThalle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
