POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Construction Laborers
Pay Rate: $15 - $20
Location: Charlotte, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday
Start Date: ASAP
SCOPE OF WORK
* Walk the site throughout the day to identify safety concerns
* Monitor PPE compliance
* Inspect access paths, ladders, lifts, and fall protection equipment
* Document observations and communicate concerns to project team
* Assist with safety documentation, pre-task planning, toolbox talks, and worker orientations
REQUIREMENTS
* Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
* OSHA 30 Construction card
* Current First Aid, CPR, and AED training
* Previous commercial construction site experience
* Ability to recognize common construction hazards
* Strong attendance and reliability
* Reliable transportation to the site
PREFERRED SKILLS
* Bilingual in English and Spanish
* Experience with daily safety reports, JHAs, JSAs, or pre-task plans
* Familiarity with fall protection, aerial lifts, scaffolding, and ladders
