Construction Laborer - Urgently Hiring

Job Description
$25-$35/hr Starting Pay, Hours include Days, Overtime will be Available!
Aventure Staffing is currently seeking to fill General Construction Laborer positions right here in Cherokee, IA! The General Construction Laborer will be responsible for several duties in the construction process, getting cross-trained in a variety of duties.
General Construction Laborer Responsibilities May Include:

• Load various tools and supplies onto truck used in daily operations
• General concrete work
• installing roofing including shingles and tin
• Installing dry wall
• Painting
• General carpentry work when needed
• Assist with placing cable and interduct during operations
• Operate spade, shovel and rake in cleanup operations and filling of holes
• Work site cleaning upon job completion

What you'll get as a General Construction Laborer:

• Starting Pay: $25 to $35/hr DOE
• Paid Holidays & PTO (Based on accrued hour requirements)
• Medical Coverage - Retirement

To become a General Construction Laborer, you'll need:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to work outside
• Ability to push, pull, bend and stoop
• Comfortable with heights
