Construction Laborer
We are seeking dependable and experienced skilled laborers to support a wide range of construction activities on both residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-focused, and capable of performing physical tasks while assisting skilled trades and operating tools and equipment. Starting pay will be $20 - $22 an hour.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on job sites, including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Assist carpenters, equipment operators, and other skilled trades as needed.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials per project specifications.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Follow blueprints, drawings, and supervisor instructions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Support concrete work, framing, demolition, or carpentry work as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of construction or skilled labor experience preferred.

- Ability to take direction and work independently when needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
