Construction Laborer
Location: Oakboro area (local worksite)
Pay: Starting at $20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - approximately 3:00 PM (end time may vary based on workload). Occasional Saturdays as needed.
Overview
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment where you will work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform heavy, repetitive manual labor throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50-60+ lbs regularly
• Clean, prepare, and organize equipment and work areas
• Assist with setup, production support, and material handling
• Operate or assist with basic tools and equipment (training provided)
• Support equipment operators and team leads with daily tasks
• Load, unload, stack, and stage materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the day
• Complete end-of-day cleanup and site reset

Typical Work Environment

• Work is performed in an industrial/outdoor setting
• Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and wet conditions
• Physical tasks include bending, lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment with daily production goals

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy physical labor consistently
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for early start
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and team direction
• Ability to learn new tasks and adapt in a fast-paced setting

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse, or general labor
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained
