Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and clean up job sites
- Assist carpenters with tear-offs, roofing, siding, windows, doors, and deck framing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work safely at heights and in all weather conditions
- Stay productive and work efficiently throughout the day
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
- Construction experience , but willing to train the right person
- Must be reliable and show up on time every day
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work comfortably on roofs and ladders
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation
