Express Employment Professionals is seeking areliable and hardworking Construction Laborer for a local construction company. The Construction Laborer is responsible for cleaning and assisting crew members with general labor tasks on construction sites.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed
- Load and unload construction materials and distribute them
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe job site
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Schedule: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Requirements
- Previous general labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Must wear appropriate PPE
