Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gutter Installer Supervisor to lead and oversee our gutter installation teams. This hands-on leadership role ensures that all gutter installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gutter installation, team management, and job site coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of gutter installation crews
Ensure all projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
Train and mentor new and existing installers on best practices and safety procedures
Inspect work sites before, during, and after installation to ensure compliance with company standards and local codes
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and job specifications
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and office staff
Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
Troubleshoot on-site problems and provide effective solutions
Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles and tools
Report daily progress and project updates to management
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in gutter installation (seamless preferred)
1–2 years of supervisory or crew lead experience in construction or a related trade
Knowledge of various gutter systems and installation techniques
Strong understanding of safety standards and building codes
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL a plus)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Comfortable working in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with aluminum, copper, and steel gutter systems
Familiarity with downspout and drainage system design
Work Environment:
Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Use of ladders, scaffolding, and roofing equipment
Physical labor including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods
