SL REMODELING LLC is seeking a Construction General Laborer to support vacant-unit renovations and apartment turnovers at local properties. Reporting to the remodeling owner, this role will perform interior painting, flooring, drywall repairs, and basic handyman work to prepare apartments for occupancy.
Responsibilities
- Complete apartment turnover and vacant-unit renovation projects.
- Perform interior painting and related preparation work.
- Repair drywall and address basic wall damage.
- Install and repair LVP flooring and carpet.
- Perform basic handyman repairs.
- Travel between local properties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in residential remodeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with interior painting.
- Experience with carpet installation.
- Experience with drywall repair.
- Experience with handyman repairs.
- Experience with flooring and LVP flooring.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliability.
