Job Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate construction projects, maintenance, and outages at a power generation facility.
Supervise construction supervisors and contractors, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule compliance.
Manage multiple construction contracts, manpower, and field resources.
Provide constructability input during the design phase.
Review contract changes and coordinate with Project Controls.
Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, plant personnel, and union representatives.
Coordinate storm preparedness and restoration activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
15 years of related experience or 12 years in power plant operations or maintenance.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
Experience in power plant operations or maintenance and heavy industrial construction preferred. xzgxqkn
