Construction Field ForemanSnelling is currently recruiting an experienced Construction Field Foreman with low-voltage systems experience for an Engineering company in the Trafford area. Seeking an experienced and hands-on foreman to lead installation crews and oversee field operations for industry-leading perimeter security projects.Schedule: Monday through Friday. Weekends as needed (primarily when on a job site) Pay: $ /hr Travel: Travel up to 60% to job sites nationwide.

Opportunity for global travel.Responsibilities for Construction Field Foreman:Supervise and direct installation crews on active construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to quality standardsLead the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of low-voltage electrical systems, vehicle barriers, gates, and related safety devicesConduct daily toolbox talks, enforce jobsite safety protocols, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulationsRead and interpret project drawings, electrical schematics, and specifications to plan and execute workManage crew schedules, material logistics, and on-site inventory to maintain project timelinesPerform quality control inspections and maintain detailed daily reports, timesheets, and project documentationTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field, escalating to engineering when necessaryRequired Qualifications for Construction Field Foreman:Minimum 5 years of experience in low-voltage electrical systems, industrial controls, or related tradeMinimum 2 years of experience supervising crews on construction job sitesDemonstrated ability to manage daily field operations, including crew coordination, scheduling, and progress trackingAbility to read and interpret electrical control prints, schematics, and construction drawingsStrong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in industrial maintenance and installationProficiency in detecting electrical malfunctions using precision measuring instrumentsFamiliarity with E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) practices and proceduresValid driver's license with a clean driving recordCandidates with any of the following are strongly preferred:OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certificationCommercial construction experienceCommercial HVAC systems experienceAccess control systems experienceCommercial slide gate operators experienceExperience working on active construction sites with multiple tradesFirst Aid / CPR certificationBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusPrior experience in the perimeter security or physical security industryBenefits:401(k) with company matchingHealth, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offTuition reimbursement
