Revive is seeking a Director of Construction to lead high-value residential projects from pre-construction through completion. You will unblock projects, resolve permitting and planning challenges, and drive execution with urgency, clarity, and discipline.
You will read plans and specs, coordinate with GCs, engineers, architects, and internal teams, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines and budgets. California experience is strongly preferred.
