Seeking a full-time Construction Estimator with CSA Focus, the successful candidate will develop cost plans and estimates, support client land acquisitions, and deliver updated cost plans while working remotely. Key responsibilities Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design Delivering and presenting updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones Preparing cash commit forecasts for the construction life cycle Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a construction cost management role Experience supporting program-level cost management for medium or large-scale construction projects Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as value management and value engineering AACE membership or equivalent preferred but not essential
