To support a growing estimating team, the remote Construction Estimator will prepare detailed estimates for federal and commercial construction projects ranging from $500K to $20M while collaborating closely with operations and subcontractors. Key responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates for various construction projects, reviewing drawings and specifications Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals while identifying scope gaps and potential cost impacts Coordinate with project management during preconstruction and participate in bid reviews with company leadership Required qualifications: 5+ years of construction estimating experience Experience estimating projects in the $500K-$20M range, with a preference for federal construction Strong understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and subcontractor scopes Proficiency with Procore and other estimating/project-management technology Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
