Expectations (Must-Haves)
* Candidate must be local to Phoenix (no remote).
* Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to read/interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
* Detail-oriented with ability to calculate materials, labor, and project budgets.
* Strong communicator who can work with internal teams & customers.
* High proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook; able to learn takeoff/bid software.
* Organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Complete material takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
* Review drawings, specs, and scope documents for bid preparation.
* Build pricing packages by coordinating with internal trade teams.
* Prepare proposals, budgets, and cost documentation.
* Communicate with clients during bidding.
* Support project managers at project kickoff stages.
* Attend job sites, meetings, and ensure cost/risk evaluation.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, QuickBid (not mandatory).
