Drywall Project ManagerEstablished in 2009, CASEY Construction Group, LLC's mission is to deliver trusted quality and distinguished service in drywall, floor leveling, and polished concrete, partnering with general contractors across the DC, Raleigh, and Richmond regions to build reliably, precisely, and with integrity.Position Summary: The Drywall Project Manager will project manage work while building excellent lasting relationships with our customers. The PM will manage the project from hand-off to completion.Responsibilities:Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, including the management of personnel on projectsAttend on site project meetings with clients as requiredProcess RFI's, Shop Drawings, Submittals, Daily Job Reports and other required formsRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsOversee all phases to ensure routine actions of the jobMake certain work is being built in accordance with contract documentsEnsure material coordination and correctness with Supers and othersImplement contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costsOversee/manage material, equipment, contracts, and budgetsMaintain understanding of all local, city, and state building codes in assigned locationsContinuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product linesEnsure all are committed to safety and qualityOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in commercial drywall trade with some experience in technology/data centers.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costsAbility to multi-taskExcellent organizational skillsAbility to lead with customer service and schedules in mindThe salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 (based on skills, experience, and education).
