Job Details

We are seeking a Construction Defect Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing Jacksonville team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle construction defect matters from inception through resolution


• Develop litigation strategy and provide practical advice to clients


• Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery


• Take and defend depositions


• Attend mediations, hearings, and client meetings


• Collaborate with experienced litigators to deliver exceptional client service


• Build strong relationships with clients while contributing to the continued growth of the practice

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of construction defect litigation experience


• Active Florida Bar license


• J.D. from an accredited law school


• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills


• Ability to independently manage cases and deadlines

Preferred:

• Experience representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, or insurance carriers


• Deposition and mediation experience


• Trial exposure
