Managing complex Construction Defect claims processes, the full-time Complex Claims Manager will investigate, evaluate, and resolve high-severity claims while working remotely across various states. Key responsibilities Investigate, assess, and resolve complex or high-exposure Construction Defect claims within authority limits Conduct comprehensive coverage analysis and determine liability exposure Negotiate settlements within authority limits and in alignment with organizational objectives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of experience in handling Complex Construction Defect claims Prior experience managing complex or high-severity claims preferred Experience with litigation management and settlement negotiation Adjuster license as required by jurisdiction
