Key responsibilities Analyze cost trends and opportunities across various construction stages of a global data center portfolio Perform benchmarking, trend identification, and growth forecasting to support internal initiatives Develop and maintain project cashflow forecasts and accruals on a monthly basis Required qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, including benchmarking and statistical methods Previous experience in data center or industrial/manufacturing projects Advanced software skills in Excel and Power BI Dashboards UAT/QA experience is beneficial Strong presentation skills and ability to thrive in a client-facing role
