We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Construction Crew Leader to join our field operations team. This role is ideal for a professional who upholds high standards of craftsmanship, values industry best practices, and takes pride in leading small crews through the execution of high-end landscape construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead crew in the installation of project layout, landscape masonry and planting.
- Maintain clean, professional, and organized job sites at all times.
- Communicate material and equipment needs with foresight for upcoming tasks.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate daily records using digital tools, job sheets, and timecards.
- Uphold safety protocols and train crew members on best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of field-based construction experience.
- Ability to lead and support 1-3 crew members.
- Familiarity with reading construction plans and translating layout in the field.
- Proficient in operating skid steers, mini excavators, and other construction equipment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license required.
