Construction Contracts ManagerOwen Electric Company is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Contracts Manager to support our growing operations across multiple divisions, including commercial, industrial, and data center construction projects.This role is responsible for managing contracts throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, mitigating risk, and supporting project teams with contract-related documentation and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction contract administration and a strong understanding of subcontract agreements, change orders, and project documentation.Key responsibilities include:Review and administer contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreementsEnsure all contracts comply with company standards, legal requirements, and project specificationsTrack and manage contract lifecycle from execution through closeoutSupport project teams with contract interpretation and compliance requirementsManage and track change orders, amendments, and contract modificationsMaintain organized contract documentation within company systems (Procore, ShareFile, Vista, etc.)Coordinate with legal counsel, project managers, and leadership on contract-related issuesMonitor insurance requirements, lien waivers, and compliance documentationAssist with risk identification and mitigation strategies on active projectsEnsure timely execution of contracts to support project schedulesQualifications include:3–7+ years of experience in contract administration within construction (electrical contractor preferred)Strong understanding of construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and project documentationExperience supporting large-scale commercial or industrial projects (data center experience is a plus)Familiarity with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Vista, or similar platformsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations and leadershipAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred qualifications include:Experience working for a large electrical or general contractorExposure to hyperscale data center projects or mission-critical environmentsKnowledge of lien laws, insurance requirements, and compliance tracking
