We offer a wide range of services, including construction loan monitoring, owner's representation, property condition assessments, stabilized property inspections, phase I environmental site assessments, and asbestos surveys.

Responsibilities

• Project document and cost reviews
• Construction site inspections and preparation of monthly reports (Includes 15-20% of routine, out-of-town travel)
• Cost consulting

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other relevant accreditations
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong analytical, communication, and quantitative skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented
