Construction Commissioning Superintendent - Mechanical

We’re seeking a Construction Commissioning Superintendent – Mechanical to lead the installation, testing, and startup of mechanical systems in high-performance data centers. This role involves hands‑on commissioning of HVAC systems, liquid cooling infrastructure, and piping systems, ensuring all work meets stringent safety, quality, and performance standards.

Job requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical construction management, including at least 3 years in data center or mission‑critical facility projects.
• PMP, LEED AP, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience with liquid cooling systems (e.g., direct‑to‑chip, immersion cooling) in high‑performance computing environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and liquid cooling infrastructure.
• Proficient in interpreting P&IDs, mechanical drawings, commissioning scripts, and Change Management plans.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and complex projects. Strong technical writing and documentation capabilities.
• Familiarity with commissioning software, Building Management Systems (BMS), and project management tools such as Procore, Primavera, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite
