Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, trash, and hazardous materials
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum interior spaces
- Load and unload construction materials and tools
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist other workers and trades as needed
- Report safety hazards or maintenance issues to supervisors
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Punctual, dependable, and a strong work ethic
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
