Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 law firm, is seeking a motivated mid-level Associate Attorney to join its expanding Construction Litigation Practice in Tampa . This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work with a diverse client base, and gain hands-on experience in high-stakes construction disputes in a collaborative and client-focused environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from atop-tier law school with anexcellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission inFlorida , in good standing
• 5-7 years of substantive construction litigation experience , with a focus on personal injury matters
• Demonstrated experience drafting pleadings , motions , and legal memoranda
• Experience handling discovery processes and depositions
• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a client-service mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay-related litigation
• Draft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insight
• Manage discovery , including document review , depositions , and expert witness coordination
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary : Expected annual salary range of$160,000 -$170,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
