Join our team as a Construction Assistant Project Manager, responsible for supporting project scheduling, cost tracking, and coordination of sub‑contractors and materials across civil construction projects.
Responsibilities
* Provide scheduling support to assigned projects
* Participate in updating the master schedule and enterprise reporting
* Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in developing and maintaining project baseline schedules
* Maintain quality assurance and control on assigned project schedules
* Oversee sub‑contractors
* Track material costs and quantities entering project sites
* Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory
* Assist other engineering departments as assigned
* Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
* Proven track record of project engineering and civil construction work
* Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
* Passion for construction projects and completing assignments on time
* Self‑oriented, organized, and an approachable communicator
* Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site
