Employees | Value | Execution | RelationshipsAssist project managers in various responsibilities for project success.Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and/or Controls Engineering or offsetting experience preferredExperience in UL Control Panel Manufacturing or similar industryProficient with MS Office software requiredWork and adapt under high pressure environmentsAbility to contribute and thrive in a team atmosphere is a requirementProvide Project Management level support of product and services from concept through productionEnsure ESI quality standards are adhered toCoordinate shipment, field services, along with post product delivery supportAssist Project Managers and/or Engineering with coordination, review, and approval of project shop drawings, submittals, and operation and maintenance documents, in conjunction with project specifications, and production requirementsDetailed tracking and reporting of projects and product, from estimate to deliveryAbility to provide estimating and estimating support of ESI product and servicesProvide leadership, coordination, and direction to staff, including administrative, procurement, Design/CAD, logistics, production department, and field services groupGenerally, works under the direction of a Project ManagerAble to fully manage basic and repeat projects and productsFront line customer interface developing scope of goods and servicesCustomer and market identification and developmentPerform additional duties as assignedBenefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/401K/LifeBackground check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position)All hiring decisions are based on meritDisabled/Veterans candidates encouraged to applyAt this time, ESI is not sponsoring non-immigrants for work authorization.
