TYG is partnering with an award-winning multidisciplinary architecture and design firm seeking a Construction Administrator to join its Healthcare team. This role will focus on construction-phase coordination, technical reviews, and quality control, working closely with clients, contractors, and design teams.
About the role:
- Manage RFIs, submittals, document revisions, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with owners, contractors, consultants, and design teams to resolve construction-related issues.
- Review drawings for compliance.
- Conduct site visits and inspections, prepare field reports, and monitor construction quality.
- Review change orders, proposed changes, substitutions, and payment applications.
- Apply knowledge of building codes, materials, construction methods, and building systems.
- Support QA/QC, constructability reviews, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience in Construction Administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations.
- Healthcare project experience and knowledge of healthcare design standards.
