What You'll Do
- Owntheday-to-dayaccountingfunctionfromstarttofinish
- Managemonth-endclose,financialreporting,reconciliations,generalledger,AP/ARoversight,andcashflow
- Leadallconstructionaccountingactivitiesincluding:
- JobCosting
- Work-in-Progress(WIP)Reporting
- AIABilling
- RevenueRecognition
- ProjectFinancialReporting
- Partnercloselywithoperationsandprojectteamstoensureprojectprofitability
- Developbetterprocesses,reporting,andinternalcontrolsasthecompanycontinuestoscale
- CollaboratewithexternalCPApartnersontaxandyear-endactivities
- Helpbuildtheaccountinginfrastructureforthenextstageofcompanygrowth
What We're Looking For
- 3+yearsofconstructionaccountingexperience
- Strongunderstandingof:
- JobCosting
- WIPReporting
- AIABilling
- PercentageofCompletionAccounting
- ExperienceusingQuickBooks(Enterprisepreferred)
- Comfortablebeingaone-personaccountingdepartment
- Provenabilitytobuildprocesses,improveworkflows,andcreatestructure
- Highlyorganizedwithexceptionalattentiontodetail
- Someonewhoenjoyssolvingproblemsinsteadofwaitingfordirection
- Excellentcommunicationskillswiththeabilitytoworkacrossalllevelsofthebusiness
