QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required to perform the essential functions of this job under direct supervision of the Technical Service Manager.
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks under strict deadlines
• Ability to understand and present information/ideas in writing, in person, or over the phone
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Basic understanding of analog/digital consoles and signal flow
• Basic computer/networking skills
• Basic soldering skills
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Must excel in a fast-paced, demanding, and continuously changing environment
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Assist road staff with equipment preparation
- Continual use of our ERP Software in order to proficiently track, manage, document and prep company owned assets
- Document gear returning from tour when required
- Test/maintain console systems and associated hardware/software
- Trouble-shoot full console systems in person and over the phone
- Prepare outgoing console systems
