Consciousness-Based Lower School Director

Maharishi School in Fairfield, IA seeks a Lower School Director to inspire teachers, parents, and students and to ensure Consciousness-Based Education is reflected in curriculum and instruction. The role sits on the School Leadership Team and may include limited teaching.

You will organize events, coordinate field trips, supervise staff, manage the Lower School budget, and steer communication with families while maintaining student success and a positive school culture aligned with the mission.
