To support a growing team, the full-time remote Connections Specialist will manage the full lifecycle of carrier connections, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless data integration between Employee Navigator and insurance carriers. Key responsibilities Oversee integration management and maintain carrier connections throughout their lifecycle Facilitate the onboarding process for carriers and ensure functionality within the Employee Navigator platform Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues and collaborating with internal teams and carriers Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in carrier integrations or benefits administration systems Strong understanding of benefits administration systems and SaaS platform integrations Proficiency with integration tools, APIs, and data formats such as EDI, JSON, and XML Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and their integration processes Experience with Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration platforms preferred
