To support a virtual outpatient clinical practice focused on older adults, the part-time Connecticut Licensed Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate within a supportive care team while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs Manage documentation efficiently using streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Required qualifications Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent Licensed in Connecticut Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
