Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Connecticut Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to lower to moderate acuity populations, manage a consistent caseload, and benefit from minimal administrative burdens while enjoying predictable compensation and full benefits. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making while collaborating with in-house referrals and operational support Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload and practicing in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred
