Connecticut Licensed Telehealth Neurologist

Providing compassionate virtual care, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Telehealth Neurologist will conduct remote neurology visits focusing on memory disorders and dementia, while managing patient care and clinical documentation. Key responsibilities Conduct virtual neurology visits for new and existing patients, emphasizing memory disorders and dementia care Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions in accordance with telehealth standards Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and referring providers to develop and adjust patient care plans Required qualifications Board certified/eligible neurologist with an active, unrestricted medical license in Connecticut Experience in diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or related cognitive conditions Prior telehealth experience is required Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) capacity Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams
