To support individuals in reducing or eliminating alcohol use, the part-time Connecticut Licensed Recovery Coach will provide coaching and education through virtual sessions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and utilize technology platforms to monitor member progress and outcomes. Key responsibilities Evaluate new members and formulate individualized care plans in collaboration with medical staff Facilitate individual coaching sessions via video/phone calls and app-based communication Manage a caseload of members, monitoring health outcomes and coordinating care services Required qualifications Certification as an alcohol and drug counselor or equivalent, recognized by IC&RC 3-5 years of experience in alcohol use disorder or addiction treatment BA/BS and/or MA preferred, with a background in addiction treatment or related fields Experience with EMR systems and telehealth technologies Knowledge of evidence-based treatment programs and harm reduction models
