To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Connecticut Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach and engagement activities aimed at enrolling and retaining participants, while managing minimal research tasks remotely. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program Screen patients for eligibility and provide comprehensive information about the research program and ancillary studies Administer surveys, record data, and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies Required qualifications Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-related applications Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus Bilingual in Spanish and English, both oral and written Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research
