Congressional Liaison, NATO ACT – Defense Policy

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a U.S. Liaison Officer to Congress for NATO ACT to provide onsite support in Washington, DC. The role monitors the U.S. defense budget process, tracks congressional activity, and reports on NATO priorities to senior leaders.

The ideal candidate has defense policy expertise, proven Congress experience, and strong communication skills. U.S. nationality, English at C1, an active clearance, and willingness to travel up to 30 days a year are required.
